Self Hug Pose
For Self Hug Pose, you have to sit and spread both hands. Hands are to be spread as if you are going to hug someone. Pull the neck backwards. After this, take action of hugging someone by bringing both hands forward.

Kati Chakrasana
You also have to do this asana while sitting. You have to keep your waist straight. Take a deep breath in and turn to the right as much as possible. Hold your breath for a while. After that come in front and exhale. Now take a normal breath once. Then repeat the same process on the left side.

Tadasana
Sit down with your back straight. After this, make your fingers stuck in each other. Breathe inwards and stretch the hand with the palm facing forward. If you do not have any problem, then you can take your hands up. While moving the hands up, take a breath in. Exhale while coming down.

Deep Breathing
Place one hand on the chest and the other hand on the navel. Fill your belly with your breath and slowly inhale. Then exhale slowly from the chest and finally inhale from your belly.

Bhramari
Keep your fingers in Shanmukhi posture (index finger on forehead, middle finger on eyelids, closed eyes, ring finger under nose, little finger near lip). Take a deep breath and chant while humming with your lips closed. When you chant, you are automatically exhaling.

Practice the upward and side stretches to reduce muscle tension and relax your spine. We sit in bad posture all day long. These stretches will fix all the mistakes that we make with our spine every day.

Bhadrasana (Butterfly Pose)
