Yoga poses can help you in dealing with those menstrual cramps.

These cramps can be more painful and discomforting for some women.
In order to honor that cycle, We recommend doing some of Iyengar Yoga poses that can help the female to get rid of menstrual cramps.

Yoga can be a great way to help you energize you soothe cramps and relieve bloating during your period.

These are some poses that will increase the circulation and blood flow into the pelvis which will help you to soothe your abdominal cramps that cause pain & uncomfortableness.
so here is a 40-minute sequence of Iyengar yoga poses that will help you to be on the ease on your monthly cycles

Child Pose (with the Bolster)
paschimottan-asana
Paschimottanasana
Viprita Dandasana (with block, belt, chair and wall)
Supta Virasana (with a bolster and belt)
Baddha Konasan (with a Belt & Bolster)
Setu Bandha Sarvangasana ( with block, belt and wall)

Viprita Karani (Leg raises on the chair)
Savasana (with the chair)

Choose a place where you can practice without any hurdles or restrictions and which should be free of noise
Hold each pose for a period of 5 minutes or lower the time period of holding according to your particular needs.
In each pose draw your attention towards the abdominal region followed by deep abdominal breathing without any retention of the breath.
The feeling of relaxation should arise in your mind at the time of practice.
