The practice of Kundalini yoga includes the advanced techniques of Pranayama and Kriyas and Mudras and Bandhas. We also use Aasana practices as part of Kundalini Yoga but here the emphasis doesn’t lie on alignment. The emphasis is placed on moving the ‘Prana’ energy through the right channels called ‘Nadis’. This is done by practicing forceful breathing exercises with some serious Kriyas.
Students are advised to integrate the advanced Mudras and Bandhas simultaneously. This way the practice becomes increasingly rigorous and the focus becomes more intense. The subject starts going beyond the body dimensions and enters the dimension of energy.

Our Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Course is for yoga practitioners of all levels. Our professional and experienced teachers ensure that all students can perform and learn in a non competitive and peaceful manner. It is recommended that all students start doing gentle yoga before coming for this course at home.
All instructions in the course are in English only and so a basic understanding of English is required. To better adapt to the environment and we recommend that our students arrive in Rishikesh at least two days before the course date.
This will help you acclimatize better and give you some time to relax before the course kick starts. Further and Rishikesh is a small city with a good market.
