Retreat in Rishikesh is common, in which you will have a serenity experience with a natural background and unpolluted air. Rishikesh is one of the cleanest cities in India and is known for its history as a city of sages. There are numerous mystic caves which are known as places of the Yoga sages in ancient times.
It is also a reason why you can practice with the serenity experience. Retreats make you more flexible, and a better option if you have not practised Yoga at home. There are different types of Yoga: Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Pranayama, which are practised in the retreats. You can have a better connection with the body after practicing Yoga in the retreats.
During the retreat, you will start your day with mindfulness. We start from Shatkarmas and then move to the practice of poses and Pranayama. Here is the overview:

Food not only determines our physical health, but also our thinking and feelings. Yoga does not divide food into protein, carbohydrate, and fats; it divides it into the influence on the body and the mind into three types: sattva, rajas, and tamas. Sattvic food is that which makes you feel enthusiastic and energetic.
Aatm Yogashala offers accommodations which are a sparkling combination of Indian traditions and modern amenities to make the student feel a part of home out of his/her site and a good place to work as a learning environment in yoga. Both the yoga halls at Aatm are clean, neat, and have ample space in the lap of nature.
