We chose this place for a retreat and a complete escape from the daily schedule. There are many times when we don’t realize that we are moving unconsciously, and it is the place where survival mode starts.

Yoga does not divide food into protein, carbohydrate, and fats; it divides it into the influence on the body and the mind into three types: sattva, rajas, and tamas. Sattvic food is that which makes you feel enthusiastic and energetic.
